How do I cancel or change my plan?

Open Subscription in your account to switch plans, schedule cancellation at period end, or open Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period when you cancel. Paid plans can also be changed from Pricing once you're subscribed.

Do I need a property already under contract?

No. You can start from an address while evaluating a lead - underwrite and price rehab before you commit capital.

Is my deal data private to my workspace?

Your properties and financials live in your workspace. Teammates only see what you invite them into, according to their role.
